 When will my order ship?

All orders take 1-8 business days to process. I make everything in house, more detailed items take longer and will be stated in the description of the item. If it's been more than 8 business days and you still haven't received your tracking number, email [email protected] and I will look into it ASAP!

OOPS! I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS IN MY ORDER. HOW DO I CHANGE THAT? 

If you need to change the delivery address on your order, please email me at [email protected] with the following information:

• Your order number (this can be found in the subject line of your order confirmation email)

• The new name and address you'd like your order sent to

Please be aware that I unfortunately cannot change your delivery address after your order ships. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE? 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, then your order is being processed.

WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING? 

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to become active. Unfortunately I can't provide additional detail for you until the number becomes active.
